Delete account and data
RutaLista lets users request deletion of an account and its associated personal data.
How to delete the account from the application
- Sign in to RutaLista.
- Open Profile.
- Open Account and privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the action by typing the requested word on screen.
If you cannot sign in
Request deletion through the same channel where you received access to RutaLista. Include the username or email associated with the account so it can be identified.
Data that is deleted
The user, profile, clients, routes, history, payments, expenses, photos, receipts, proof documents and personal settings associated with the account are deleted.
Data that may be retained
Automatic server backups may keep a copy of deleted data for up to 30 days, until they rotate or are replaced. The active database may keep a minimal technical record that the deletion was completed, without clients, routes, photos, receipts or payments.
Delete data without deleting the account
Inside RutaLista, users can delete clients, route history, photos, receipts and profile data without deleting the full account.
