RutaLista is an application for organizing deliveries, clients, routes, delivery states, payments, expenses and proof documents. This policy explains what data is collected, why it is used and how it can be deleted.
Data collected
- Account data: username, name, email, phone and encrypted password.
- Operational data: clients, addresses, phones, notes, routes, deliveries, history, payments and expenses.
- Photos and files uploaded by the user: receipts, proof documents or images associated with the delivery work.
- Approximate or precise location, only when the user grants permission, to help order routes or open navigation.
- Basic technical data: registration date, last access, plan status, security events and logs needed to operate the service.
How data is used
Data is used to sign in, sync information between devices, organize daily work, open routes in map applications, record deliveries and keep delivery history.
Data shared with third parties
RutaLista may open links to external map applications, such as Google Maps, when the user chooses to navigate to an address. It may also query open map services to convert addresses into coordinates. We do not sell personal data.
Security
Information is transmitted through HTTPS. Sessions use protected cookies and passwords are stored as secure hashes. Access to data requires signing in.
Retention
Data is kept while the account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. Automatic backups may keep copies for up to 30 days before they are replaced or deleted.
Delete account or data
The user can delete the account from Profile, Account and privacy. The user can also delete clients, history, photos and profile data from the application. More information is available at Delete account.
